Projects Japan Internship program
We offer voluntary work and internship in NGO & NPO which has social projects to solve social issue in the local community of Japan. The fields of NGO & NPO or local projects are quite wide – Through internship, you’ll see the real Japan which might be unknown and not on the media promoting Japan.
Example placement of Social Project (NGO & NPO) Internship program
-Child only restaurant (Kodomo-Shokudo)
– Marine conservation or Nature conservation
– Social Projects or social enterprise working with disability people
– Social projects for elderly people e.g. Care home
– Anti-racism, gender equality, women empowerment etc.
– Dog shelter / cat shelters
Minimum Duration of the program 4 weeks
Working Days & Hours 4 hours – 8 hours, 3days – 5 days in a week
Japanese Language Basic – Midium level of Japanese would be preferred
Who Can Apply For This Program?
The requirements are;
- Communication level of English
- You are from a listed country in the Exemption of Visa by MOFA or Working Holiday visa available country. If you are not none of above and need visa support for short-temporary visa , please kindly inquire us.
- Motivated and having right work attitude for the program e.g. punctuality
- No criminal background
- You can not cancel or leave the program during agreed duration with the placement
- You should have travel insurance & liability insurance for the program

Projects Japan Internship includes;
- Japanese Resume Translation for the application of this program
- Interview preparation support
- Internship placement Arrangement
- Assist to find accommodation
- Assistant travel arrangement for the placement
- 24h / 7days emergency support during the internship program
- Advice for Working Holiday Visa application
- Virtual chat assistant by bilingual staff during the internship program
e.g. SIM card contracting - Issuance of letters (Confirmations, Certificates, recommendation letter) for your university, scholarship, insurance, etc.
- Accommodation (without meals)
- filling out/signing Internship Contracts for your university or college
- Donation for the project(s) of the organization you’ll work with
